Neon Abyss Bosses
Floors 1-4 use New Gods; Managers start at floor 5. Later routes depend on tokens and Faith, not a single universal boss order.

The Managers and Temple pages establish the route conditions below. Individual Argus and Hal pages also describe attacks; no unsourced frame timing is added.
Floor Bands and Manager Routes
The listed Managers are not all guaranteed in one run. Ares and Athena use separate token routes.
| Boss | Title | Route |
|---|---|---|
| Argus | God of Darknet | First story Manager |
| Hal | God of Machines | Second story Manager |
| Zeus | God of Electricity | Manager route after Hal |
| Ares | God of Violence | Token of Violence opens the violence floor 8 route |
| Athena | Goddess of Illusion | Token of Illusion opens the wisdom floor 8 route |
| Prometheus | God of Forethought; Titan | After defeating Cursed Ares or Cursed Athena |
Early-Floor New Gods
The source pairs easier floor 1-2 encounters with harder floor 3-4 counterparts. It lists Meta separately on Floor-?. Ordinary New Gods drop an item; Meta drops two. No unverified individual attack sequence is inferred from a name.
| Encounter pair | Theme | Source floor band |
|---|---|---|
| George / Charlie | Pills | Floors 1-2 / 3-4 |
| Tik / Tok | Mobile videos | Floors 1-2 / 3-4 |
| Sam / Sung | Screens | Floors 1-2 / 3-4 |
| Johnny / Kimmy | Idols | Floors 1-2 / 3-4 |
| Chain / Block | Bittercoin | Floors 1-2 / 3-4 |
| Meta | Bittercoin | Floor-?; two-item reward |
| Tommy / Freddy | Plushies | Floors 1-2 / 3-4 |
| Nick / Hunt | Racing | Floors 1-2 / 3-4 |
| Remington / Colt | Guns | Floors 1-2 / 3-4 |
| McTucky / McFamily | Fast food | Floors 1-2 / 3-4 |
| Daniel / Phil | Gambling | Floors 1-2 / 3-4 |
| Arden / Laero | Makeup | Floors 1-2 / 3-4 |
| Pewdie / Piedie | Source-listed pair | Floors 1-2 / 3-4 |
Boss Badges and Character Progress
The Characters page describes Manager icons beneath each character. Their tint records the highest difficulty at which that character defeated the Manager. These progress icons are not the sequel Artisanism crafting badges.
Chronos and the Separate Endless Mode
Chrono Trap is first-game DLC, not a sequel update. Its Steam listing identifies Chronos and a separate Endless Mode.
| Field | Officially documented information |
|---|---|
| Requirement | Own the base game and the applicable Chrono Trap DLC |
| Entry | Use the mode-switching device at the cliff edge beside the Bar; select Endless Mode |
| Scope | The publisher says Chronos can be challenged in two play modes, but does not give a complete second-mode trigger or attack guide here |
Boss Names and Route Limits
The list answers the order query at the level supported by the source: floors 1–4 use New Gods and later runs use Managers. Individual attack scripts and every late Manager route are not inferred from a blank or generic source row.
| Boss group | Answer |
|---|---|
| New Gods | Floors 1–4; two variants are documented by the wiki structure |
| Managers | Floor 5 onward; entering the room commits the run to the fight |
| Argus / Hal / Zeus | Named Manager examples in the checked source |
| George / Charlie / Chain | Source-backed attack descriptions are kept on their detail coverage |
| Unlisted attack patterns | No claim is made where the checked Battle field is empty |
Questions this page answers
How do I meet Cursed Zeus?
The Managers page says to defeat Hal without either Ares/Athena token and without Faith. This is a route prerequisite, not an Abyssal unlock.
How do I reach Prometheus?
Defeat Cursed Ares or Cursed Athena according to the Managers page. Attack details are not established by the Prometheus stub.
