How to Get to the Cursed Room
“Cursed room” is ambiguous. No separate room with that exact name is established here, but the Managers and Temple pages do document Cursed boss access.
Cursed Ares, Athena and Zeus are Manager variants, not simply a universal harder form of every floor-1 New God.
Documented Cursed Routes

If Your Search Means a Different Room
Compare the map and room prompt: a hidden wall is the Hidden Room system; a remote Temple uses the Faith meter and Portal Stone; the Office console is Room 404. This does not prove an unnamed cursed room is one of those. Record the on-screen name before following a route.
